Midfielder's FIFA Rating Drops After DUI
WASHINGTON DC- DC United midfielder, Dustinho, was arrested last week on suspicion of DUI while driving his Ford Escape through the Georgetown area. The 25 year old Brazilian received his US driver's license last month and was out celebrating with friends before getting pulled over for driving on the wrong side of the road.
Shortly after the news broke on ESPN, Dustinho's EA Sports FIFA player rating dropped dramatically from a 68 to 56. Here is EA Sport's official statement:
"Decision making and awareness are two key attributes to any good footballer. This particular player quite clearly displayed that he has neither of these attributes. This is our ultimate reasoning for the drastic drop in rating."
EA Sports is considering changing it's motto from "It's In The Game" to "Arrive Alive" after the incident.
