President Trump Becomes Fan Of Atlanta United
Atlanta- After witnessing the last twenty minutes of the Atlanta United vs. New York Red Bulls match last night, President Donald Trump has declared himself "a strong supporter of the ATL." The Commander-in-Chief took to Twitter last night to say:
"ATLANTA UNITED! LOVE THE CHANTS, THE PASSION, THE FRESHNESS! I'M A STRONG SUPPORTER OF THE ATL! SWEET!"
TFBF can confirm that the President was, in fact, screaming and throwing beers at the television. The President did delete this tweet minutes later but was fascinated to learn that the United States had a professional soccer league. One White House official told TFBF that Trump applauded the "Puto" chant and during each free kick he yelled, "Build That Wall!"
Atlanta United also seems to have struck a chord with chief strategist, Stephen Bannon. Bannon personally calls soccer, "the pussy sport" yet connects with the bigoted chants engaged in by some supporters. "I don't think real men should play the sport but dammit do I like that Puto chant." Bannon said.
Another official source told TFBF that President Bannon, excuse me, Trump is thinking of holding a rally at Atlanta United's next home match. Promising to "double the crowd" at the stadium, Trump also will not allow any reporters at the stadium calling them "fake real people."
Atlanta fell to the NYRB 2-1 but travel to the sanctuary city of Minneapolis to take on Minnesota United next week.
